Platform Overview

DeveloperArgentina is a marketplace connecting clients with Argentina-based software developers. We facilitate introductions and handle payments, but work agreements are between clients and developers.

For Clients

• Browse developer profiles and select based on skills and rates.
• Purchase hourly blocks or request fixed-scope project quotes.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Communicate project requirements clearly and provide timely feedback.

For Developers

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information.
• Deliver work as agreed with clients.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Platform fees are deducted from earnings as specified.

Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. Funds are held until work milestones are completed. Disputes should be reported within 7 days of delivery for review.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case. For hourly blocks, unused hours may be refunded. For fixed-scope projects, refunds depend on work completed. Contact support to initiate a refund request.

Intellectual Property

Work product created by developers belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Developers retain rights to general knowledge and techniques.

Liability

DeveloperArgentina acts as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality of work, missed deadlines, or disputes between parties. Users agree to resolve issues directly or through our support process.
